1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required at the time of check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days of arrival will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Conduct

The Village is a sanctuary for couples. We kindly request that all guests respect the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the resort. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate by management may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

5. Liability

The Village is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

6. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
